Grant is an Oklahoma Native who loves all things Oklahoma. He earned his BA from The University of Central Oklahoma (Go Bronchos) and went on to earn a Master’s in Counseling at Southern Nazarene University. He's been an insurance agent since 2015 and has a passion for being a valuable insurance resource for his clients & partners,
Grant enjoys staying active, going to the lake, river, and finding any excuse to be outside with his wife, Tiffany, his kids, Eisley & Koda, and their dog, Forester.
Garrett Johnson - Senior Sales Executive
No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you! Meet Garrett Johnson, an Oklahoma Native and one half of the dynamic duo, along with his identical twin, Grant. With a knack for insurance, business development, management, and client relations, Garrett's career journey is a testament to his commitment to excellence and growth, both personally and professionally.
When he's not closing deals or leading teams to success, you can catch him spending time together with his wife and three kiddos, teeing off on the golf course, or laughing at the comedy club. Beware, his stand-up comedy obsession isn't just for laughs—it's serious business!
Kylah Hering - Client Value Manager
Kylah is from Edmond, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University. During her time there she found her love for Marketing/Sales and graduated with a BSBA in Marketing. She also obtained her Center for Sales and Services Excellence certificate. She loves providing value to others!
In her free time she loves to go on walks, try new workout classes, go shopping, or try new coffee shops/restaurants.
Britt Taylor - Insurance Agent
Britt grew up in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and graduated from Oklahoma State with a degree in Agricultural Business. She’s passionate about making insurance simple, personal, and a positive experience for every client.
Outside the office, you’ll usually find her on a walk, testing new recipes, or spending time with friends. No matter where she is, Britt brings energy, care, and enthusiasm to everything she does.
Robbie Mandraccia - Insurance Agent
Robbie is passionate about helping people protect their most important assets and is proud to be part of the Varde team!
When he’s not working to deliver the best insurance experience possible, you’ll usually find him outdoors—whether it’s golfing, road cycling, or mountain biking. He’s also a big fan of live music, both as a concertgoer and an occasional performer himself.
