Varde Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency seeking a qualified professional to join their team for the role of Client Renewal Specialist

Responsibilities include:

Daily audits of policies, renewals, and applications

• Quoting, comparing & consulting of home, auto, commercial and life insurance

• Building strong relationships with customers and consistent follow up

 • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, insurance experience is mandatory

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and active listening

• Self-motivated

• Detail oriented

• Proactive in problem solving

• Dedicated to always improving the customer service experience

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to effectively relate to a customer

• Support agents, staff, and management

• Life license (must have or be able to obtain)
